The G5 Gives Back Initiative is a program designed to provide direct assistance to qualifying Atlanta area families facing temporary hardships. These families can request assistance with their utility bills, mortgage/rent, family meals, and school supplies. We provide this assistance to families with a goal of them becoming self-sufficient. Please read the program requirements before submitting your application at the link below. Please note ALL payments are paid directly to the companies in which payment is due.

"The G5 Holiday Give Back"
The G5 Holiday Give Back, the initiative that started it all! This a program specifically designed to provide direct holiday assistance to qualifying Atlanta area families facing temporary hardships. The G5 Holiday Give Back has a primary focus on providing basic household and personal necessities, holiday wish lists for children, and family meals. This program provides assistance to families that are current on bills but need assistance with the winter holidays specifically. Please read the program requirements before submitting your application at the link below.

The Sunshine Closet!
The Sunshine Closet, founded by Mrs. Deneatrice Harrison at South Fulton County's Evoline C. West Elementary School currently serves as an invaluable resource aimed at assisting students from families experiencing financial difficulties, ensuring they have access to essential items and the self-assurance necessary for success. The Sunshine Closet provides jackets, backpacks, uniforms, personal hygiene products, everyday clothing, shoes, undergarments, and nonperishable food items, all available to students and their families.
Plans are in development to expand this amazing resource to more qualifying schools in the Atlanta area!

Assistance from G5 Gives Back not only comes in the form of monetary support, but we also provide resources that individuals and families may find useful. Below you will find a link to a list of contact information for resources providing additional assistance with housing, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, ie: food stamps), Women Infants and Children (WIC), Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS), public transportation, employment, family counseling, families with disabilities, and pro bono legal assistance found here in the state of Georgia according to your location in proximity to corresponding counties.
